How to report cruelty
Use these steps to protect the animal, preserve useful evidence, and help responders act quickly and responsibly.
Step 1
Check immediate danger
If the animal is being beaten, is severely injured, is trapped without water, or faces an urgent life-threatening situation, contact local police, municipal animal control, or the nearest emergency veterinary service first.
Step 2
Collect clear evidence
Note the exact location, date, time, and what you observed. Take photos or short videos only when it is safe and lawful to do so. Record vehicle numbers, nearby landmarks, and the number of animals involved.
Step 3
Share a full report
Send your report with the animal type, condition, exact address, and supporting media. Include whether the animal is still on site and if food, water, shelter, or medical care is urgently needed.

Share the full address, nearby landmark, area name, and a live location pin if possible.
